Olive Street
Commissioned by Devwest for their new development on the historic site of Subiaco's former Corner Gallery, A Symmetry of Age, Beauty and Wisdom is a large-scale public art mural by Jerome Davenport. Spanning two panels, the work pairs portraits of a young and an elderly woman, each rendered with stained-glass detailing drawn from the area's Art Deco heritage. The result is something quietly powerful — a meditation on time, identity and intergenerational wisdom that helps position Subiaco as a serious contemporary arts precinct.

Switch Living Melbourne
We work with Switch Living on an ongoing series of interior murals across their student and co-living developments in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. The artwork builds identity and atmosphere into the communal spaces from the outset — giving each development a distinct character that helps it stand out, lease and feel like somewhere people want to live. One series, designed by London-based artist and illustrator Mr Christa, was created remotely and installed by our team in Australia, showing how we bring the right artist to a project wherever they're based.

Tower Works
We worked with illustrator and mural artist Zoë Power on this 300m² mural at Mustard Wharf, Tower Works — a residential development by Legal & General, commissioned through Leeds gallery The Tetley. Titled "A Common Thread," the piece nods to the site's industrial past as a pin factory for the city's wool textile trade, rooting the new development in the history of the place it sits. It's a landmark for Leeds' south bank, and exactly the kind of work that gives a scheme identity and a story residents feel part of.

We facilitated the creation of this stunning public art mural, led by renowned Australian artist Krimsone and assisted by fellow Aussie Jasmine Crisp. Painted in Wandsworth, London, the mural is a deeply personal, self-reflective piece for Krimsone, exploring the weight of distance and the tension between life’s responsibilities and being enamoured.

We were commissioned by State 28 Interiors to bring life to two office blocks for Prime West. Sioux Tempestt was selected to create murals that complemented the distinct interior designs and color schemes. The murals transformed previously unused lightwells into vibrant, refreshing spaces where staff can enjoy a break from their daily routine, adding a dynamic and uplifting atmosphere to the offices.
